The Indo - UK partnership is growing in strength, with sharing of knowledge and expertise between the two countries driving new commercially focussed research insights and providing support for commercialisation of new research.

Bio-Business Plan Competition:

The 2012 Bio-Business Plan Competition is designed to help the brightest and best of scientists with promising scientific advances underpinning a business idea to progress their concept through to commercial reality. The competition is being hosted by IIT Kanpur with specialist training provided for all shortlisted entrants by BioCity Nottingham UK and experts from within India. The winning teams will receive funding to establish and build their companies within world class incubation facilities.

Expansion Partnership Awards:

This session will showcase UK and Indian companies wishing to expand their businesses into Asia and Europe and provide direct links with partners to create new product opportunities. Funding and support will be provided to assist established companies to develop international markets and collaborations.
