The BioPharm2020: Bio-Business Plan Competition 2012 Award will be made to the Best Entrant at the Grand Finale, 5th-6th March 2012.

  • Bio-Entrepreneurship and Business development training:-

The six best competing teams will receive BioCity Nottingham's highly acclaimed Bio-Entrepreneurship and Business development training (BioCity Bootcamp) at C-CAMP, NCBS, Bangalore

  • Team-mentoring and support:-

Successful finalists will receive team-mentoring and support from professional business advisors who can further help them in the development of a full business plan, before pitching their business to an influential panel of judges from the bio-business industry.

  • Grand Finale, Prizes & Meeting Industry Leaders:-

The winner will be chosen during the Grand Finale event: UK-India Innovation and Leadership meeting at C-CAMP, Bangalore on 5-6 March 2012, and will receive a package of benefits worth over Rs 15 lakhs (of which Rs. 5.00 Lakhs will be a monetary incentive) to assist in starting up a new company, 2 years' incubation facilities at SIDBI-Innovation & Innovation Centre (SIIC) of Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur or C-CAMP Bangalore or other Bio-incubators of choice in the country.
